On Saturday May 31, 2008 (TELUS Day of Service) Neil Cusati of TELUS presented Canuck Place Children's Hospice with a cheque for $28,699.16. 

The money was donated by TELUS employee's and matched by TELUS through their Corporate match program.

The following donations were made:

1. $20,347 to Canuck Place Children's Hospice
2. $5,582 to Canuck Place Children's Hospice Foundation
3. $2,770 in Corporate matchings funds from the Canuck Place telethon
